Zach is an experienced litigator who has handled numerous arbitrations and litigations in both state and federal courts throughout the country. He has litigated a wide array of high stakes cases, including partnership disputes, business disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty and contract, false claims act cases, trade secret disputes and consumer class actions.

Prior to joining Orsus Gate, Zach was Counsel at Hueston Hennigan LLP, where he learned to litigate with an eye toward trial to best achieve success at all stages of a case. He also previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Orlando L. Garcia in the Western District of Texas and as an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York. Zach graduated Order of the Coif from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.

Away from work, Zach is most likely at a sports game or exploring a park in Pasadena with his wife and two young sons. He is an avid fan of the Yankees and the Northwestern Wildcats.
